Showcasing website redesign proposals through persuasive, data-driven Google Slides presentations.
As part of a design proposal for Major Trauma Group, I created a comprehensive pitch deck built in Google Slides. The deck frames the website redesign through a strategic narrative—leveraging site audits, 2026 UX research, and visual annotations to clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Platform: Google Slides

Project:

UX Audit & Problem Framing. The pitch deck opens with an honest visual teardown of the existing platform. By highlighting critical issues—such as poor contrast, unscannable copy blocks, and low-visibility CTAs—it clearly establishes the business case for a complete redesign.
Data-Backed Narrative. To build authority, the deck incorporates key 2026 UX statistics and industry benchmarks (Baymard Institute, Searchlab). Using custom visual graphs, it translates complex metrics on form friction and accessibility into compelling arguments for stakeholders.
Annotated UI Proposal. The centrepiece of the presentation breaks down the proposed homepage layout section by section. Visual callouts explain key structural upgrades, including empathy-led hero imagery, optimised header real estate, and strategic H1/H2 SEO placement.
Agency-Standard Roadmap. The deck concludes with a structured, step-by-step project timeline. Covering everything from wireframing to staging sign-off and final deployment, it sets clear expectations for delivery and collaborative feedback.
